"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby, room and hallways very clean. I did not use the pool or hot tub. The only thing negative would be due to renovations the on-site restaurant and bar were closed. They did have a very limited snack/drinks for purchase and free coffee. Room rented was one room with King size bed. I would definitely stay here again. It is close to GRR airport and many restaurants and shopping options."

"This was a great place to stay for me. When I travel for work, I certainly do not need any of the bells and whistles. The hotel doesn't have much amenities (just a small fitness room and a couple of vending machines) but the room was well modernized and very clean. I got the impression they spent the money on what matters and that's the way I like it. I interacted with two different staff members throughout my stay and both were absolute pleasure to deal with. The location was great too. Close to major highways, shopping plazas, restaurants, gas stations etc. Now, there is a train track in distance so you will hear the trains every once a while. I heard it while I was doing some work at night but it wasn't loud enough that I was able to get a good sleep in silence with my ear plugs on."

"Grounds around the building were unkept and the property is allowing shipping containers to be stored in the back. There was a lot of noise from work forces working around these containers. Very un-characterized of Hilton Properties. The hotel offers room service only every other day, so make sure you request either daily service or don’t throw your towels in the shower floor because they may still be waiting there when you get back at night !! Oh, they cut the service in half, but they still charge Hilton prices for every night ! The industry is increasing their profits while cheapening the service to its customers !!"

"Room was nice and clean except for the strong smell of marijuana that was overpowering when you entered the room. The pool water was filthy so I decided not to go in. The hot tub only had one working jet. The breakfast bar was ok. The waffle iron only worked one of the days. Wanted eggs and waited for them to be replenished but eventually gave up. Very convenient location near the highway."
