"Room was pretty clean and big but you had to call every time you wanted to use the jacuzzi. Room service also took really long but the food places are pretty easy to get to on the cart and calling for a cart is simple. Very very hilly and not the most walk friendly place but you totally can walk and it will be a workout. The staff is nice for the most part but some are kinda rude and only enforce rules towards some people."
