Amazing location for skiing. Very comfortable hotel to stay in, huge rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast is great but all other hospitality areas lack atmosphere and quality service. Check in is long and complicated. Definitely not the high standard of experience expected at a normal Hyatt.

Pullman Changbaishan Resort
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The complex is new which really helps and I got a nice upgrade and the room was of a very high standard. The staff were very nice. As a foreigner the menu of food was very very limited and speaking English it was a challenge. However this is forgiven. A special ...
