「Extremely poor communication from management, upon arrival we realised the place was under renovation. No communication was made to us otherwise I wouldn’t have selected the property to stay. You book a holiday place in Bonito to relax, as a get away so you can switch off from work, traffic and noise. As we get there, the business is expanding so they had all type of machinery, from drills to hammer drills, grinders, etc. Broken tiles at the main entrance area which gives excess to the rooms...
