「Room was horrible, no a/c no towels ( we have one upon arrival) that was dirty and wet probably from previous guest. No bath soap, beds in bed shape, old linens, we keep asking for a couple of bath towels all day and we received only one with holes on it. Bathroom door busted with damaged lock, no elevator ( we stayed on 3 floor) so we dragged our luggage all the way up. They change the cost of the room at the last minute.(we end up paying per bed) HORRIBLE!!!」

「Notto hotel is brand new, conveniently located-front to the beach and just 50 meters away from Hidalgo avenue where you can find several places for having breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping. The room was spacious with the bedroom separated from a TV Room and in the entry there is a small private pool. Pao, our host, was amazing too, so welcoming, super attentive to every little detail, and just a really nice person. We’d love to come back, and that’s always a good sign.」

「We cannot recommend Suuel enough. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The standout for us was the staff, everyone was super friendly, attentive and helpful. It’s in a fantastic location, the beach is one block away, it’s a 15 minute walk to La Punta and Zicatella.
