「Room was horrible, no a/c no towels ( we have one upon arrival) that was dirty and wet probably from previous guest. No bath soap, beds in bed shape, old linens, we keep asking for a couple of bath towels all day and we received only one with holes on it. Bathroom door busted with damaged lock, no elevator ( we stayed on 3 floor) so we dragged our luggage all the way up. They change the cost of the room at the last minute.(we end up paying per bed) HORRIBLE!!!」

「1 of the best hotels i have stayed at. If you are going to PE this is the place to stay. The pool area is so nice we didnt go to the beach that often.Service was excellent. Place is spotless. Madame had her 85 birthday while we were there. She is out everyday tending the greenery. Luis in the office will take care of all your needs! Tremendous. Great location」

「El hotel está muy agradable… la habitación muy linda… En el bar/restaurante la comida muy bien …. Si algo tuviera que recomendarles es que tuvieran detalles …. Es un hotel bonito, pero caro … por ese precio (7 mil la noche) en la suite honeymoon, esperaría cosas como una canasta de fruta, agua embotellada fría en el minibar, algunos dulces, etc …. Ciertamente el lugar está muy bonito, pero en ese nice de precio en otros lugares te consienten un poco más …」

「Todo impecable, lo malo fue la llegada la hotel, la calle estaba cerrada, es peatonal a partir de la 18:00 hrs y no lo avisan asi que la llegada fue muy complicada」
