"Bathroom had small cockroaches roaming around during night. I had to personally kill them for peace of mind. Have a video and couple of photos. Video may not load but can be provided on request. Even photos are not loading due to some reason unknown to be but can be provided. When I used the electrical kettle around 6:30 AM with clean mineral water, on boiling I observed black scales floating, upon further investigation observed its coil full or black scales underneath - was surely not...

The position of the complex is quite convenient (it is located near the most beautiful and populated area in St. Paul's Bay), but our experience was not satisfactory at all. The building is very old, the room cleaning service below the minimum acceptable level (no liquid soap refill, no towels change) and the shower very difficult to use. The balcony was "equipped" with dirty chairs and sunbeds, and the air conditioning device of the room aside leaking...

"Everything about my stay was wonderful — from the attentive staff to the cleanliness and amenities, as well as the convenient location. I was especially impressed by the front desk staff member Anthony and the cleaning lady Winnie, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the manager, Patricia. When I brought up a small issue regarding the placement of a water station in the lobby, she handled it swiftly and with great care. It was clear that the team is dedicated to providing excellent service. I truly wish I could have such outstanding staff at my own hotel. Everything ran smoothly throughout my stay, and I will definitely be coming back. "

"The whole experience at this wonderful hotel was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Such hardworking staff too, constantly rushed off their feet but nothing was too much trouble. The on-site restaurants were great, my favourite was Med-Asia (lovely Sushi) The pool was great and not too busy. We were kindly upgraded to a bigger suite which was fantastic. Comfortable bed and gorgeous shower. The rooms could do with a redo, new carpet/curtains as they were a bit dated. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a joyful time. "
