Hotel was not in operation

Dear sir I have booked hotel bhangeri nagarkot nepal ( confirmation number 156587191097 ) from 8th march to 9 th march . Also payment was made on 7 th march. But while reaching to hotel , it was closed and under maintance.so we are not able to stay there. I asked with hotel mgmt and they said sorry. But what will be about my payment is unknown. I m in trouble by not getting hotel and I am nowhere to stay. Very bad experience from your service. Br Ashish sharma
