"I booked late at night after train delays caused my other hotel plans to fall through. The staff was very helpful when I got in. The room was very neat and stayed cold throughout the night. I would stay here again."

"Overall worth the cost. It has all the amenities in the room described- kitchen, fridge, pots/pans, plates etc. The kitchen sink and kitchen in general was super duper small so wouldn’t be good for a larger meal prep. I just heated some stuff up. Hotel was quiet and clean. You don’t get room cleaning for less than 3 days so if that’s important to you, maybe not the best fit. They had signs in English for many things, but I would have appreciated some directions on how to work the induction stove. Since they must cater to foreign travelers given everything in English, you would think they’d realize induction stovetops are not a thing in America. I also would have appreciated a heads up about the major construction and how to safely cross the street to the property from the train station. I just crossed when traffic wasn’t coming and hoped for best. It is a bit of a walk from old town so something to note. Overall woyld stay again and was worth the price."

"We stayed for two days and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for visiting Europa-Park, making it incredibly convenient. The bungalow is excellent—brand new, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The suite was much bigger than we expected from the pictures and even more beautiful in person. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had an amazing time. We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

"When you first walk in the doors it’s striking how this place is so stuck in the 80’s, and the walkway to the other wing is just… strange. But after being here for a short while you realize how well built and cared for the property is. Spacious rooms, very clean and very friendly staff. Short distance to the train station (just 2 stops from Berliner Platz across the street to Stuttgart hbf), but because the main train station is in a perpetual state of construction leave some time to walk in between."

The location is convenient for visiting Freiburg, and the hotel provides a good balance between comfort and practicality for both business and leisure travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall check-in and stay experience was smooth. The room was well maintained and provided all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quality of service provided by the team. Thank you to the staff for the hospitality. I would consider staying at Novotel Freiburg again on my next visit."

"Everything was clean and well maintained. The views from our room were wonderful. Great location with easy walking access to so many great places to shop, eat, or just see. My family had two rooms, and since they were across the hall from each other we got to see the castle view and the city view. My photos don’t do it justice."

"Good sized rooms with seperate bathroom. My room was very quiet over night. Very central and underground parking with direct access to the hotel. The room has a safe and fridge, large TV and WiFi. There is no tea or coffee maker. The hotel has a pool but I didn't have time to use the pool. It's possible to hire bicycle"
