「When we arrived the room we reserved was inaccessible and then we were moved to a room not compatible with our group size. The entire villa was freezing, such that we could see our breath when we breathed. There were lights out and the fridge smelled rancid. The bathrooms were dirty and there were derogatory political stickers on the door. 」
