Der Self-Check-in war sehr unkompliziert – keine Schlüssel, klare Anweisungen und insgesamt ein modernes Konzept. Positiv war auch, dass eine frühere Anreise grundsätzlich möglich gewesen wäre (leider konnten wir das wegen einer Zugverspätung nicht nutzen). Leider wurde der Aufenthalt durch deutliche Lärmbelästigung aus einem benachbarten Apartment gestört, insbesondere am Abend und am frühen Morgen, was den Erholungswert stark beeinträchtigt hat. Der Kundenservice war zwar freundlich und hat auf meine Beschwerde sehr schnell reagiert, bot jedoch lediglich einen kleinen Gutschein für die nächste Buchung an, der für mich keinen echten Mehrwert hat. Auch kleinere Sauberkeitsmängel sollten behoben werden: Die Abflüsse in Dusche und Waschbecken gehören dringend gereinigt, und der Toaster war sichtbar stark benutzt und schon länger nicht gründlich sauber gemacht.

First Stay Impressions of Limehome

The Good - Superb position close to town centre and Spas:Decent size of rooms and bathroom:Shower worked extremely well if using the hand shower but the overhead fixed shower unit spray was hopeless:Bed seemed of good quality and although firmer than we personally would have preferred did not wake up with sore backs The Not So Good - Pre check-in online is tricky unless you are computer savvy, ID photos difficult to upload and then no confirmation as to whether the photos are acceptable or not. An entry code is to be given at official check-in time on the day, but what happens if it goes wrong? We met several people stranded outside who were waiting for codes and Limehome wouldn't answer the phone. Also the front door and room codes when given do not specify that the 'tick' or 'hash' symbols must also be clicked to allow entry and this was very confusing until trial and error sorted the problem,but it is great to be able to walk around town with no key: On entry to our suite we discovered the duvets thrown strangely around the bed (as if someone had been sleeping there and just left in a hurry) and a spare duvet dumped loosely on the sofa in the living room.Also the bathroom bin had not been emptied and dishwasher washed dishes were piled up on the worktop beside the sink: The bathroom towels were of extremely poor quality and thin = unacceptable: Just a few hangers on hooks in living room for clothes: Vile metal bedside cabinets & furniture If rectified we would return

We stayed in the penthouse, great location, walkable to the shops, restaurants and casino. very clean and modern. No ac but fans provided. Lift was good. Expected a balcony from the pictures but there wasn’t one in our suite. It wasn’t made clear that you had to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the other so not very private. We requested early check in online but wasn’t advised if this was possible so we were left wondering. We sent several messages but no reply. Eventually received email with link to check in code at 23:55 that night. Luckily we had managed to find the codes online otherwise it would have been a disaster as we had been up since 3am for an early flight.
