"We stayed in two different rooms. The first room was on the top floor and very small with a slanted ceiling and the bed was a small double bed so we weren’t that comfortable. The second night we stayed in one of the bigger deluxe rooms on the first floor, which was much nicer. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. "
"Great, comfortable room with a beautiful view across the loch. A pity that the left window wasn’t cleaned and was covered in salt spray.
Restaurant menu was unexciting but our fish and chips were fresh and well cooked."
"Wonderful, friendly welcome and very well trained staff - just the right balance of attention and interaction. Very comfortable with quality surrounding us. Food excellent with a detailed explanation of dishes & wines. Lovely views over the Loch and walks within the grounds. Expedia had failed to pass on our booking to the hotel so we were not expected but staff recognised it was Expedia's failure but even so were apologetic and upgraded our room !"
