"Great stay. Warm staff. Beautiful rooms."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. As was the bathroom. The restaurant attached to the hotel next door was excellent too and provided lovely well cooked food both dinner and breakfast. The only downside would be the internet connection. It was not very stable in my room and would randomly and often disconnect. I did report it to reception. This did not detract from an excellent hotel though. I would stay here again."

"OK to stay for one night but there is no reception and breakfast is even not basic. the service is nil."

"Excellent value for Switzerland. 5 minute walk to station with quick connections to Basel and 1 hour to Zurich. High quality furnishings and TV and spacious room."

It made us feel like we were living 10 centuries ago but yet the hotel was totally updated and very comfortable. Would love to go back."

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the accommodation itself, as nobody was present when I arrived. When I called the phone number I found online, I...
