Bei der Anreise musste ich sehr lange an der Rezeption warten und konnte mich nur sehr schwer auf Deutsch verständigen. Das Zimmer hat muffig gerochen, einen Fernseher bekam ich erst auf Nachfrage und die Dusche konnte ich aufgrund der fehlenden Duschabtrennung nicht benutzen. Die Abtrennung lag auf dem Balkon. Beim Versuch auszuchecken, hat leider niemand deutsch gesprochen.

Osteuropäischer Standard

Das Hotel war eine Zumutung. Muffiges Haus, zerrissene Bettwäsche auf uralten Federkern Matratzen, kaltes Zimmer , Warmwasser nach ewig langem warten, Handtücher geben einen uralten Eindruck. Es ist osteuropäischer Standard. Ich erwarte keinen Luxus für diesen Preis, aber für mich persönlich ein No go und somit werde es nicht weiter empfehlen. Ich habe nur 1x übernachtet und konnte kaum erwarten dass es Morgen wird.

We hadden 2 nachten gereserveerd. 'S avonds aangekomen werd ons verteld dat ze problemen met het water hadden en een ander hotel hadden geboekt. De volgende dag even gebeld naar het hotel of het probleem was opgelost. Dit was het geval. Begin vd avond was er niemand te bekennen bij de receptie. Op het terras zat een jongeman op slippers die ons begeleide. Toen we zeiden dat we ergens anders gingen dineren reageerde hij verontwaardigd. We hebben moeten douchen onder lauw water. Er waren geen lichtknopjes, lampjes en stopcontacten bij de bedden. Het ontbijt zou vanaf 07:30 zijn. Toen we om 07:35 beneden kwamen was er niemand te bekennen en er was geen teken van een ontbijtbuffet. Tevens was het uitzicht van ons balkon een rotswand op 2 meter afstand

Booked two queen rooms, only received one

It was a nice location. Unfortunately we booked two queen rooms. We got one very nice room with a balcony. The other room was a tiny room with one single bed for two people. There was no closet in the second room, no TV, no dresser. The nice room had a TV but the plug was broken and couldn’t be plugged in to the wall. The internet was off from 2300-0800 The locations was amazing and the price was great. Just wish we’d received the two rooms we’d paid for.

Diese Unterkunft befindet sich in einem desolaten Zustand und bedarf innerlich und äußerlich einer Grundrenovierung. Eine Unterhaltung mit dem Personal war nicht möglich, da nicht deutschsprachig. Der einzige Bonuspunkt war der günstige Preis.

El Resplandor en la Selva Negra

Hotel en plena Selva Negra en un entorno magnífico, habitación grande, pero con muebles viejos, poco cuidado, pero para dormir está bien si solo buscas eso. Hotel con algo de parecido a el de El Resplandor, pero con encanto.

Book here if you want a DEPRESSING experience!

We never got an opportunity to stay here.. we booked for 2 nights... but the so called owner/care-taker (name:Alexander) asked us to wait (at 6pm) , as our room was getting ready.. we waited for about 1.5hr with a toddler in their lobby :( mostly everyone coming to check-in was waiting.. after 1.5hr he said we don't have any booking with our name.. He least bothered or cared about people waiting.. no compassion for people with little ones.. He said a sorry without any empathy & walked away! And we were stranded outside on a rainy night with a toddler.. Book here only if you want a DEPRESSING-PATHETIC experience!

Gastfreundliches Hotel im Schwarzwald

Wir waren drei Tage & zwei Nächte im Schwarzwald, für einen Kurztrip. Das Hotel ist recht klein & übersichtlich. Die Inhaber des Hotels sind sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend, sprechen jedoch kein deutsch, nur polnisch und ein wenig englisch. Jeden Morgen gab es frisches, hausgemachtes Frühstück, für 5€. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Una serara da orrore

Sono arrivato in una serata gelida di Gennaio stanco dal viaggio arrivo e nel Hotel con le luci accese e porta aperta,non c,e nessuno, suono il campanello,telefono al numero fisso e mi dice che e' inesistente,l' Hotel era gelido una atmosfera da paura nessuno presente nel mezzo della foresta nera,dopo un quarto d' ora al freddo vedo un biglietto strappato in malomodo e attaccato alla porta,chiamo e mi risponde che non parlava ne il tedesco ne l' inglese, grazie a mia moglie che parla il romeno,scopriamo che il signore e' Moldavo quando scende vediamo una persona con codino pantaloni tuta e maglioncino che non vedeva l'acqua da qualche settimana,questo ci dice che il direttore aveva avuto un incidente ed era rimasto solo lui e che oltre a questo non c, era ne il riscaldamento ne l' acqua calda,ma comunque lui ci offriva la sua stuffetta elettrica.Questa e' stata la mia esperienza lascio a voi giudicare se si poteva dormire in un Hotel del genere
