"This hotel is perfect, where it is located you can access the whole of Salzburg extremely easy ! Hotels do a guest mobility pass where you can get the bus in Salzburg region for free all over and most of the buses leave from the Mirabellplatz very close to the hotel ! We went on a panoramic tour to Hallstatt from there and got the 151 bus to the top of Gaisberg where you get an incredible view of the whole city
The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the hotel room was very very clean and super! We had a great view of the high street from our window and it was quiet and peaceful yet in the centre of the action ! It was stated as a double bed which we were abit worried about that it might be too small but it was not it was easily king sized and it was very comfortable. We stored our luggage at the hotel on the day we left and the whole stay was great.
If I was ever to return to Salzburg I would stay here. "
"The location was excellent because it is at the central station so transportation was excellent.
There is a mall with good shops under the hotel and at the train station opposite there is a supermarket that is open late.
Clean room, nice staff.
Thanks"
"Highly recommend!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the desk gave us a tour of the hotel. He had a nice smile and was very welcoming! Loved that breakfast was included, and the lady in the kitchen was very efficient and nice. Enjoyed the coffee/tea bar, free to guests and the honesty bar. Clean room, simple yet cozy. Definitely plan on going back! "
"Immaculate room beautiful standards and amazing breakfast decor stunning too. The view over the mountains from our terrace was beautiful we could see the Watz mountain. The terrace was also private and the sound proofing on the room was very impressive "
"Room was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable. Upon initial check in the gentlemen was not to pleasant and to be honest a bit rude, when I questioned him about staying an additional night, sure wish I got his name. On the flip side the next morning, there was another staff member (Sissi) which was extremely helpful on establishing a reservation for an additional night. There was another staff member (Irma) who also assisted. These 2 ladies deserve some type of recognition that each front desk employee should hold themselves to their standards of customer service and politeness. "
