Nice hotel, but ask for a room facing the backyard

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, no problems with cleanness, conveniently located, overall a good experience. There were 2 small problems though: i) pillows were uncomfortable (2 huge ones and 1 tiny; they gave me another one after I asked but it was still something strange, not a regular one); ii) my room faced the street and I could hear almost every car passing by, it was annoying early in the morning, though to tell the truth it wasn't a busy street.

We went to visit the Bad Kissingen music festival and this was an ideal place for us, as it was nice and quiet and five minutes away from the venues. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated the help and assistance of the Spanish young man who ran the front desk. He was exceptionally helpful, and he who could speak several languages fluently including German, English and Spanish.

Hat uns gut gefallen! Von aussen schaut es schrecklich alt aus. Von innen neu renoviert. Treppenhaus noch im alten Zustand. Frühstück war ok, hier könnte man sicherlich die Auswahl noch ein wenig ausbauen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Service und Barmann in der Lounge sind perfekt

Positiv: das Servicepersonal an der Bar war sehr freundlich und die Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Negativ: kein Wasser auf Zimmer oder an der Rezeption. Keine Bademantel und Hausschuhe.
