It was very hot. No air conditioning so we kept all doors and windows open. My son had over 30 bug bites. Extra charge to use on-site pool. Bed for travelers 3 & 4 was very thin foam. We had a very large room with 1 1/2 baths that were very nice with a walk in closet.

Quick overnight stay with family. We used the 2 floor apartment. Bed were comfortable and room spacious, but no refrigerator. Breakfast was also good and tasty

Nice hotel, good beds, great breakfast. Great pool for a little relaxment. Be aware that there are smoking and non smoking rooms. We did'nt know and you can smell the smoke air a little. So book a non smoking room if you want to be sure.

Leider hatte das gebuchte Maisonette Apartment einen Wasserschaden und wir bekamen 2 normale Zimmer wovon eine Karte nicht ging und auch nach Reklamation an der Rezeption weiterhin nicht funktionierte sodass nur ein Zimmer genutzt wurde. Frühstück hatte wenig warme Speisen kein rührei und kein Bacon. Sind wir vom seminaris Bad Honnef anders gewohnt. Auch das man sein Geschirr selbst wegräumen muss ist auch sehr untypisch für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Der Pool könnte 2 Grad wärmer sein aber war OK. Insgesamt in Ordnung die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich

Trotz der Buchung von einem Zimmer mit Balkon, keinen Balkon gehabt. Das Zimmer war überhitzt, kein Kühlschrank, einige Gegenstände waren verstaubt, im vad roch es vermodert und schimmelig. Das Frühstück war weitgehend ok, leider nur gekochte Eier. Self Service beim Frühstück soweit ok, aber das selbstständige aufräumen vom Geschirr und Besteck sollte nicht sein, zumal man dann teilweise noch die Krümmel vom Vorgänger auf den Tisch gefunden hatte. Für eine Nacht zur Durchreise gerade noch erträglich.

In der Dusche fehlte der Druck und warmes Wasser. Der Fehler war nach Meldung am nächsten Tag behoben . Der Schimmel in der Fugen der Nasszelle ist nicht angenehm. Die behinderten Parkplätze wurden von Besuchern oder Gästen fälschlicherweise belegt, so dass wir mit unserer gehbehinderten Mutter nicht vor Ort parken konnten sondern fast 500 MTR zu Fuss gehen mussten. Das Frühstücks Buffet war reichlich und gut, die Servicekräfte freundlich.

Wir hatten eine Suite plus gemietet, sehr groß. Es gab kaum Möbel und das wenige war unpraktisch und unbequem. Nein persönlicher Eindruck Die Ausstattung ist meiner Meinung nach, sehr spartanisch und die Einrichtungsgegenstände kamen sich dort verloren vor und waren nicht funktionell
