You get what you pay for. The room was surprisingly big. Aged but working bathroom. Mattress is soft, so those with back problems, be aware. The surrounding feels a but unsafe and dodgy. Even though its a buys main street but it feels like you've been watched.

Pros - it is strategically located in downtown and in the market area with restaurants , taxi , jeepney etc. Rooms are big size with good housekeeping. Cons - Aircons and televisions are vintage old now and need to be replaced. LED tvs are there everywhere now. Aircons.arent performing well. Some hangers in cupboards , provision of glasses and ice for drinks sold by the Pension House are suggested.

all rooms have interior window, i asked for exterior window (very few has) i was 4th fl. near laundry, everyday i woke up at 6.30 and heard all day shoutings and laughs of the staff on the corridor till late night...i reported to reception, transfered room but nothing changed! if you search calm avoid 4th floor.

Disheartened!

The room was not clean and so was the comfort/rest room en suite. The airconditioning unit was not working well. The tv was the old type with this really big rear portion and not the flat screen tv we are used to nowadays. I expected a little better accommodation since we were paying around P1600.00 for our room per night. We also did not want to transfer to another hotel/inn because it was the height of Masskara festival and the room was already paid for. The parking which they said was available is a misrepresentation. There was street parking and that was it. When we finally parked our vehicle, we did not anymore move it or use it around Bacolod City for fear of losing the space. We had good wifi signal in our room because we were near the reception area.The only good thing about this hotel/inn is that it is smack right down in the middle of Masskara festivities.

The hotel is located at the ❤️ of Bacolod. The staff is very friendly and takes care of your needs. It is walkable to the mall, church, the market, and other places close to the downtown. Will always come back and stay at this hotel.
