A very nice property with a great morning buffet. The building is getting a bit older but in good shape with decent furniture. The local area around the property is surrounded by older local neighborhoods. It is a top 5 hotel stay in Bacolod.

The shower didn't work. There was no front desk staff at night at all and none for the back building. The pool was filthy. The restaurant was good. Room service didnt show up until day three of the stay despite having the room cleaning sign on the door and even then the front desk had to ve told it needed done. The safe will not hold a laptop computer. Over all this place was inadequate. I do not recomend.

I love this hotel, have been here 7 times now and always give it a visit whenever i am in phil, the area is pretty safe and amenities are excellent, variety of the buffet breakfast is what draws me back everytime and staff are always so pleasant....some rooms are a bit dated but they are renovating the rooms a few at a time...pleasant experience

Room on first night was absolutely terrible. No windows, no natural light, and awfully noisy wall mounted a/c. Complained next morning and to their credit they moved us into a much nicer room (3027). Every room in this hotel only has the noisy wall mounted a/c so the older the a/c, the noisier it will be. My partner slept with earplugs every night. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Especially the pool area. Given that the Radisson is nearby, in a very convenient location, brand new, and only a few dollars more a night, that is where we will be staying in future.

Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. Staff went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service. We were impressed by the outstanding customer service offered by them whether you are in the lobby, buffet/ breakfast place, spa and pool!! Clint, Maricel (massage therapist), Jonell (pool gentleman) were fantastic kudos to them!! Thank you all. Ps they didn’t charge me for stained towel due to my dyed hair!!! Thank you! Will come back and can work around older rooms.

I was a little bit frustrated when i was given a room with clogged toilet and sink. I ask to be moved and they did right away so thag made my stay better. Minus 1 start as i would love for th to make sure their room is nice and well maintained.

Our stay was ok. King bed was comfy. We got a spacious bathroom. Needs upgrade with their water system. The water in the shower smells rusty. It was a struggle looking for parking spot. Lots of selection in the breakfast buffet. Overall it was ok.
