「Our second tone here and we love the extra security when getting to your room. Great hotel. Staff friendliness was hit or miss this trip, everyone seemed overworked. We love the casino and the desserts, but coffee in the morning was a wait with only one member working all 4 days we were there, and room service we couldn’t get ahold of ever.」

「Great concept, horrible execution! Room smelled of smoke, had to purchase air fresheners to try to cover it up. Overall humidity in the room was extreme, towels felt damp even upon arrival. Air flow in sleeping area was a ceiling fan and a floor fan trying to pull cool air from bathroom area. A/C condensation dripped from ceiling onto floor by sink and on your head if you stood by sink for more than a couple of seconds. A speakeasy was advertised in the room, it was still under construction....

「Stayed for a dance competition, quiet. Very clean. Convienent location to tourist attractions. Easy parking. Is not beachfront. That is harbor side and traffic makes it difficult to get to. About a 5 minute drive from total beach , and the beaches there are public and fairly easy to get to. There was a nice view, however there are lots of homeless people in this area apparently, my kids were very intrigued about the man sleeping in the yard by the waffle house. 「Not for children. Let’s start with the Sugar Factory restaurant on site …CLOSED to under 21. Merchandise shop …CLOSED to under 21. Pool… closed to EVERYONE at 8pm. Casino OPEN 24/7. I understand this is a casino hotel, but get with the trends of other casino hotels. The whole hotel stinks of cigarettes. No smoking areas are pretty much no smoking “optional” areas. The good.. nice room, bed, and shower.」

「The room was very clean and the air conditioner worked like a dream--which is very important in south Mississippi! I especially like that the room had a coffee pot and coffee! The only thing I would mention that needs serious improvement is the luggage cart. It was definitely better than nothing, but it is quite rickety. Everything else was wonderful! The ladies at the front desk during check-in and check-out were very friendly and hospitable.」

「Spent the night in Biloxi for the first time. Great exciting gaming. Great location which reminds me of Altantic city, there's a Harrahs next to Golden Nugget as well. Room was spacious, nice early morning view of Biloxi Bay available.」
