「Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :(」

「Room was spotlessly clean. The internet is satisfactory. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and safe and very centrally located. My only complaint is the lack of sufficient and proper pots and pans and the lack of a microwave oven (although I discovered it is difficult to find ready-made meals in Rabta). 「Its a warm hotel in the old medina. Although its a bit difficult to find, the staff had sent email with map to guide you (though I ignored it accidentally). The host is really helpful and nice so as the ladies in the hotel helping out cleaning and preparing breakfast. Places are very clean and cozy. Definitely my choice for next time:)」
