"Unpretentious luxury! We had a lagoon side room which was huge and the outdoor shower was an amazing experience everyday! The food was pricey but good, especially breakfast. "Super cute little house and rooms! The city is in walking distance but there are great restaurants just around the corner. English is almost impossible but the lady at the reception is so lovely and friendly that is almost doesn't matter ;) we still got everything we wanted or needed. Our room didn't have block out curtains they let all the light through. If you bring a mask and earplugs you'll be absolutely fine "

"Our stay at this resort room 2601 was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made our family vacation truly special. I would like to give a special thank you to Song Huong for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. She took wonderful care of my family throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Her attention to detail and warm personality made a big difference and created a memorable experience for us. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything was well maintained, and the resort provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our stay so enjoyable. "We spent five nights at L’Alya Ninh Van Bay as a family of four, and it was an incredible experience. The setting and privacy define this place. The resort sits in a quiet bay framed by mountains and open water, with so few villas that you rarely feel other guests around. That sense of space and calm is what makes it feel truly luxurious. On arrival, my wife actually started crying because she was so moved by how beautiful it was. The villas and grounds are immaculately maintained. Everything worked, nothing felt overlooked, and housekeeping serviced the room twice daily. Service was warm, attentive, and responsive. Our butler, An, was outstanding and made the stay seamless. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and well executed. A mix of Western and Vietnamese options, good fruit, strong coffee, and made-to-order items. It set the tone for the day. Food overall was very strong. The grouper grilled in banana leaf was a highlight (order in advance—they source it fresh for you). We also appreciated the personal engagement from the restaurant management team. A private sunset cruise on the catamaran—with canapés, bubbly, and a waterslide for the kids—was unforgettable. A true luxury experience defined by setting, privacy, and thoughtful execution. We’re very glad we chose to come here."

"View was stunning. Roof Top Bar was closed , I’m assuming for the season. Not really a 4 Star Hotel, albeit a 5 Star economy hotel. Great value for money. Large rooms and comfortable bed , pillows a bit dated and could use extra pillows. Had no hot water for 3 days, had to get a shave and hair wash outside hotel. Get the highest floor available as it’s solar heating. Staff were brilliant and especially the young fella running the reception desk . Breakfast was basic , but for the price a good deal . Great for long term stays , 1 month or so . "
