「這間酒店服務非常好 」

「Die Zimmer waren neu und sehr sauber. Abends wurde es durch die Partygäste, sowohl auf den Balkonen vom Hotel, als auch von den Nachbargebäuden, sehr laut. Der Schallschutz ist nicht so wie in Deutschland. Da wir beide aber grundsätzlich mit Ohropax schlafen störte uns der Geräuschpegel nicht. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr große Auswahl, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Minuspunkt müssen wir...

「Buona posizione e struttura moderna, ma pulizia e manutenzione decisamente da migliorare. La posizione è sicuramente un punto a favore: centrale e comoda per spostarsi facilmente. Anche il parcheggio sotterraneo con accesso diretto all’hotel è pratico, anche se piuttosto costoso. In alternativa si trova parcheggio gratuito nelle strade vicine. Purtroppo la camera non è stata all’altezza: già all’arrivo non era pulita e abbiamo avuto formiche in bagno e accanto al letto che sono tornate...

「- just 2mins walk to the beach, great location - 2 pools in the hotel-one for adults and one for family. Both of them are nice - a lot of choices for breakfast, but better to have it before 9.30am otherwise outdoor seats are full - the room is large, bathroom is perfect - friendly and helpful staffs, they helped us to print our boarding pass for free」

「The rooms weren’t cleaned very well and the service was unbelievably slow. The hotel itself has a great vibe and kids pool worked well for the kids. Food itself was nice when it did arrive」

「Der einzigartige Surfer-Style zieht sich komplett durch das Hotel. Es verleiht dem Hotel einen jugendlichen Style. Das Zimmer war hell eingerichtet. Es gab grau-melierte Handtücher, mal kein weiß. Der Service war top.」

「The property was nice and our room was okay. We did however have lots of ants in our room. We had to go to reception quite a few times before anyone did anything and the lady from reception had to come and help get rid of them herself. The staff on reception desk were very nice.」

「Fantastic hotel and so very clean. Location was amazing. The out door pool was also heated to a good temperature which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good quality food. Soya milk was also and option along with other plant based milks. Overall a fantastic hotel can’t fault anything!
