The cleanliness and attentive staff. The breakfast was superb! Liked the ambience of the place. Located up a small cobblestone alley with a lovely outdoor garden to have breakfast and to sit and visit.

Just my kind of place!

Only stayed 1 night on a longer road trip but wish we'd had longer here. Ayvalik seemed like a lovely place and this hotel in a very old building was perfect for us. The two bedrooms were ideal for a daily and breakfast in the courtyard was a real highlight.

We really enjoyed this place. The garden is beautiful, and breakfast was one of the best I had in Turkey. Our room was charming with the stone walls and wood beams. It is close to everything without being in the middle of everything. The staff was lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful property, great breakfast and wonderful staff! Our rooms were quite adorable and quaint. The only thing is our friends in the room next to us could hear us, the walls are a bit thin with not great insulation. Everything else was amazing!

Quiet, Clean, AMAZING BREAKFAST!

Very nice updated hotel. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit challenging, but was able to find something fairly close. Easy walking distance to the sea. Also, unlike a lot of places, was quiet at night, no bars close by. Rooms are a bit small but clean and modern. The bathroom is clean, it has no separation for the shower but not really a problem. The only main issue I had was the bed and pillows extremely firm so a little difficult to sleep well. However, the breakfast made up for all that, it was amazing! Very delicious variety, homemade, one of the BEST Turkish breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Cozy nice hotel. Pack your staff small!

It was a small, but cozy room. You need to compromise some kind of small inconveniences for it is an old building, but still the overall experience was good. The location is good, walking distance from the city center, but there is basically no parking allowed in the old town area with the narrow streets. You need to park your car on the side of the main street. I strongly recommend not to carry a heavy suit case to the hotel! I needed to leave a bit early in the morning, though normally those resort places' breakfast hours are late. They prepare an early breakfast for me specially. Thank you so much!

We had a Standard room and I would caution that it is really quite small, but for us the room was just for sleeping. Lots of room around the property and view from common deck area is great. Breakfast is A1 and staff are super helpful and willing to try to understand our crazy questions in English!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Hotel stuff were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is very close to town centre. Room's were comfortable and clean. Even though it's a boutique hotel, rooms were cleaned on daily basis. Breakfast were held on very cute little garden. It was really tasty and there was always something new on the breakfast menu. Overall hotel exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful spot! Only disappointment is that photos and description say there is a tea kettle but there is not a tea kettle provided in the room. You can easily get tea from the cafe area, but still, it would be nice to make sure the descriptions match the room. The breakfast was outstanding. It was so nice and the are is beautiful. The room itself was very comfortable and clean.

It is a great bed and breakfast. It is set about a street and a half from the main road and you will need to walk up a tiny hill. The view is worth it as are the gardens, the staff and the amazing breakfast. Mehmet is a great front desk staff member. Willing to help. My Turkish is limited, and it was good communication.

This hotel is classy and well decorated with elegant old school furnishing. Free breakfast is served between 8am and 10am. During my check in, i told the front desk guy that we would be leaving before 8am. For us to eat breakfast before we depart, the cook came in earlier and fixed us a delicious breakfast-worthy of the $26 we paid for our room.
