Although end of season, the staff at the hotel were always helpful (reception) our cleaning ladies exceptional always willing to help when asked. The chef and his assistant again never to much trouble to do you a cuppa, serve beer, etc and our whole experience has been great we enjoyed a much needed relaxing break from home and icing on the cake was our daughter and her husband also joined us for our 2nd week! Love the hotel the staff and Ayvilik is a beautiful area to stay in. We'll definately be returning next year.

Eliza otel

Clean, tidy hotel. Staff very helpful. I was put in a corner room which had some issues incl poor wifi, toilet button that didnt flush, air conditioning that wouldnt turn on, tv that didnt work. But the staff fixed all that and then moved me to another room. This hotel is a looong way from the town centre. I assumed the restaurant and pool bar facilities would be available based on the booking details but neither were opened as yet. Overall an average stay.

Genel olarak gayet iyi, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever ekip. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık ve olumsuz bir şey yaşamadık. 3 star hakkını iyi veriyor, ayrıca bir kaç detay iyileştirmesi ile ( konfor ve lüks detaya olan gereksinim genel memnuniyeti rahatsız edici boyutta değil ) 4 star potansiyeli yüksek bir Hotel ki, dediğim gibi ekstra odaklanma ile gayet iyi 4 star seviyesine çıkabilir. Tekrardan gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğim bir yer. Teşekkürler tüm ekibe.

Temiz, konforlu ve çalışanların çok güleryüzlü olduğu bir oteldi. Kahvaltı; açık büfeydi ve çok çeşitli, doyurucuydu. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temizdi eğer bir temizlik problemi varsa da personellerle iletişime geçip temizlettirebiliyorsunuz. Konumu da güzeldi. Havuz soğuktu ama temizdi.

Fiyatına göre oldukça iyi

Arkadaşlarla ve aile ile gitmek için uygun, sabah kahvaltısı çok iyi, plajlardan birisine yürüme mesafesinde ötekilere uzak kalıyor, havuzuda güzel, temizlik konusunda da göze batan bir yönü göremedim. Tek sorun dolaba sonradan su koymamaları, bu konuyuda çözerlerse başka pürüz yok bana göre, gönül rahatlığı ile gidebilirsiniz.

Merkeze yaklaşık 3 km kadar uzak bir otel, eğer daha çok merkezde takılacaksanız daha merkezi bir lokasyon tercih edebilirsiniz lakin yeni trafik düzenlemesi sebebiyle taksi ücretleri baya artmış, Kahvaltı genel olarak yeterliydi. Odalarda sesle ilgili hiç yalıtım yok yanınızdaki ve üstünüzdekinin normal bir konuşmasını daha duyuyorsunuz, geç saatlerde sorun olabiliyor. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi banyo yeterince temiz değildi.

Mutlaka okuyun

Gelmeden bir ay önce aradığım da havuzun aktif olacağını çocuk oyun alanlarının açık olacağını söylediler geldiğimizde hepsi kapalıydı . Kahvaltısı aşırı kötüydü hatta zehirlendik bile diyebiliriz 2 gun kendimize gelemedik duş başlıkları bozuktu , kliması aşırı kötüydü asla soğutmuyordu gece 2 den sonra otelin etrafında balkonlara kadar gelen pis bir koku oluyor verdiğimiz parayla rezil olduk resmen
