「This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. 「Warm and welcoming staff whilst maintaining. Bar and restaurant facilities are excellent. The menu varied and quality. Rooms are all themed and beautifully decorated.」

「Loved it! Loved our room, Our balcony, the views of the river and Brig O Doon bridge. Breakfast was mediocre. 」

「Just a 10 minute walk from the station, on a leafy road sits this hidden gem of a hotel. Fabulously atmospheric, staff greeted us like old friends. The room, double with sofa bed for grandson, was huge as was the bathroom which had separate bath and shower. Beds were soooo comfy,room spotless and quiet. Lovely cosy decor and sturdy antique furnishings. Food was amazing and plentiful, really cant fault anything of our stay. Ideally located a few minutes from either the sea front or the town....
