「L’accueil de Maria nous a séduit. Elle est d’une gentillesse et elle s’occupe de ses clients aux petits soins. Elle est très accessible et nous donne d’excellents conseils. 「This place is a must visit in Crete. The rooms are modern, immaculate and designed thoughtfully. The hotel is perched on a hill that provides impressive views of a stunning beach and clear waters of the Mediterranean. Check in was smooth, due to the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant is fantastic. My wife has severe celiac disease and they accommodated her allergies multiple times for breakfast and dinner and she never got sick. I highly recommend this place for any travelers...

「Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. 「If there is a word that best describes this property its the filoxenia from the staff. Clean hotel, recently renovated pool and bedrooms. Lovely relaxing beach close by. Also easy access to the town and other nearby beaches if one would like to go as an option. Nice restaurants on the main road followed by a local supermarket, bakeries, petrol station. 「Erst war der Wind so stark, dass wir starken Lärm im Zimmer hatten. Dies wurde am nächsten Tag behoben. Dazu hatten wir leider bei starkem Regen und Wind Wasser in unserem Zimmer, welches unter der Eingangstüre eingetreten ist. Die Rezeptionistinnen, vorallem Eleni, waren sehr hilfsbereit.」

"The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time. "
