"Everything was great, Bcz of the lower temp, they don’t have air conditioning but they provided us with fans. Even if we were early, we got our room ready in 10 to 15 mins, staff were very polite and helpful. Food was great. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to family and friends."

"The room was the highlight of Zermatt. Checking in at the sister hotel was not very far to walk and they key your luggage in a locked room if you arrive early. While the outside of the apartment building might fool you, the room was beautiful, bright and redone with all touches of the Matterhorn. ..."
