Not as convenient as some other hotels in Bilbao but not terribly out of the way (beware the uphill walk from town!). Breakfast is special - very large selection and many healthy choices, especially for gluten-free. The room was fine, parking was a little tough to get in and out in our suv - but ...

Everything was perfect except the AC got shut down at night making it hot and unable to sleep. On informing the staff they told they would take care of it. However, the next day it was naturally cold, and we did not have to use the AC
