Nice hotel, a bit pricey but staff are friendly.
"Nice Hotel, Good Food, Nice Staff. Clean Onsen facilities. Well maintained, but quite dated inside. Only big problem was my room smelled really bad of damp. Abit pricey for what it is, but the staff were nice and the food was good."

"Beautiful location, outstanding tatami room with good en suite bathroom facilities, and extremely friendly staff. Wifi connection in room was very weak (had to go to hall to connect). Not many English-speaking staff but made do with Google-translate. Would have appreciated food/snack options in bar ..."

"宿の詳細が記載された上での評価をします。 GW価格だとは思いますが、この宿で何万のお金の価値は無いです。 BBQだからできるからでしょうか、窓ガラスが脂っぽい汚れがあって不快でした。 ゴミはそれぞれで最後捨てるのですが、前の日のものかわかりませんが、ゴミが残ってて不快でした。 宿からシャワー室が離れてますが、夜に入るのは中々勇気がいると思います、少なくとも女性は1人で行くのは怖いと思います。 海が好きな人は、行っても良いと思いますが価格については、普段と同じ価格設定にして欲しいし、GW価格を付けて販売するほどの価値はここにはありません。"

"The property is ideal for groups snowboarding or skiing. A 15 minute walk from the Yuzawa-Gala gondola, which is also the train station. There is also a ski and snowboard rental place 100 metres down the road which offer reasonable pricing, good service and a bus/van drop off service."
