10/10 Excellent
"Oh my. This hotel is one of the best hotels. Perfect location, very clean, great staffs. We wished we could stay longer. We had very early flight and that hotel was the answer. Seriously GOD willing, when we go back to Japan, that'd be our first choice. Keep up the good work!"

10/10 Excellent
"Amazing view from the room of the Akashi Kaikyou bridge and fantastic breakfast buffet with both western and Japanese food. Luxury communal bath was also fantastic and appreciate it being open late with spa quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and a few lotions and cleansers. Peaceful location in mostly residential area but close enough by train to Tarumi, Akashi, Kobe and Himeji which all offer lots of dining and shopping options as well as sightseeing. Room amenities included pajamas, slippers all necessary toiletries, hair dryer, small fridge, electric kettle, cofee, tea, and bottled water. 10 min walk from Maiko station is a little uphill and may be tough in the summer heat with luggage, but short taxi ride is also an option from the station. There is an elevator that will get you up the final hill to the hotel, which may be hard to spot for first time visitors, so be sure to google the entrance elevator to find it."
