"Lovely well appointed clean room•nice grounds to wander• excellent service by housekeeping, restaurant and grounds staff• the buffet breakfast is delicious, plenty of variety•dinner at Homestead Brewery highly recommended, plenty of delicious choices plus their own lovely wines. Lots of options of places to visit and eat close by as well. Stop at the Guildford Tourist Centre for a map. We enjoyed our 3 day stay immensely."

"Was a really nice experience, the room was super comfortable and the amenities were great. The rooms could use QR codes for in room, room service so you don’t have to call the front desk, but it’s easy enough to order uber eats. "

"I wouldn’t opt for a room facing the pool and would put in a request not to be in future . Lots of mosquitos in the room and staff just explained away as we were ground floor near the pool area. The hotel don’t even sell mozzie plugs The room was clean but the mozzies detracted from stay and myself and daughter have reminders of the stay as we were both bitten by the mozzies multiple times "

"Cabin was neat and clean except for the showerhead which was green and disgusting. Brought it to the attention of the admin ladies and it was replaced straight away however i feel this should have been picked up when the cabins are cleaned. There was a loud vibration noise every night which could be heard very loudly in the bedroom of the cabin making it hard to sleep, plus sirens every night. If your looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday this is not the accomodation for you. However the service was fantastic! And Grant the handyman was also fantastic and very helpful! The park is very run down compared to other Big 4's could benefit from asking the permanant residents to clean up their areas to make it look more appealing."
