"Bathroom door creacked, needs some oil, 2 different color water stains on floor under watertank. Should have been noticed and cleaned and of course addressed weeks ago. Limited supplies of soap and toilet paper Had to ask front desk for such. Windows were fogged ( needed to be replaced,) i was charged ..."

"The hotel was in a great location downtown. Walking distance from tons of restaurants. They had a supply closet with items like toothpaste, tissues, razors etc for free which came in handy. They provided us a code to enter the building and a code for our room so there was no in person check in process ..."
