「Way too many steps to get to the condo. Had to buy our own paper towels and toilet paper. Furniture was dated and worn. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed.」

「Water heater was broken and they refused to move us to another unit. Then unit flooded and they still refused to move us to another unit. I have not gotten a confirmation that we will get a refund even though we left a night early. 」
