「Pool was closed. Staff didn't even know where plugins were so we could plug in our vehicle as it went down to -20. They charged a normal $100 damage deposit that usually is just a hold. It went through. Not impressed」

「Booked because it was in stonebridge so I expected higher quality. The room was dirty, it was very noisy in the hotel, with people in the hallways all night and children running around. The fridge in the room made an awful noise on and off all night long. The walls in the room were poorly patched up from previous incidents and the whole hotel clearly needs some attention and deep cleaning. The room and rest of the hotel had a weird smell. 「Our stay was very enjoyable. The place was welcoming , clean and relaxing. Our host made us feel like we were home. An excellent breakfast was served. We highly recommend staying here. 」

「The toilet had to be fixed after each use. I’ve been at this hotel and had the same problem so I didn’t phone. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. The tv remote was broken. The toilet had a cap off the seat and it was disgustingly dirty. Probably won’t stay here again for the prices they are charging now. 」

「Room was beautiful, and perfect for what I needed it for. Had a full kitchenet and fridge. Room was clean for the most part. Unfortunately the shower had a bunch of hair in it. Other than that my stay was great! I’d highly recommend. My one recommendation would be for better, and more appetizing food for breakfast, I believe it is lacking in this area. 」
