"There was a new girl working the front desk when we checked in and despite being new, she was incredibly helpful and did her very best to get us squared away. The property is clean and safe. It's right in the middle of many convenient things like Walmart, clothing stores, Dollar Tree, restaurants (both fast food and sit down), and Ollie's. We felt safe walking to these locations, even at night. The breakfast was ok. Waffles, sausage, eggs, toast, muffins, juice, and coffee. The pool looked nice, though it didn't look open for the season yet. The room was ok. The only thing I didn't like was the smell in the room. The room is carpeted and made the room smell like feet. I picked up some fabreeze at Walmart to help but I would highly recommend the hotel consider going to hardwood or LVT to reduce odor. I probably would not stay there again unless they made that change. "

"The property was not up to minimal cleanliness standards. There was hair in the shower, hard floors were sticky, and the mattress were heavily stained. "

"Property needs renovation. Stains on linen and carpet. No closet doors. Stains in bathtub. Environment felt more like an apartment or housing complex compared to other Sonesta ES Suites for travelers or tourists."

"Our room's refrigerator and freezer were not cold or freezing. Our room telephone conversation could only be heard by us, not by the person we were calling. We would ask the front desk personnel about local things to do, eat and vist, with replies of "Im not from here, I don't know. No ICE bucket in room to put ICE in from the machine. "
