「This is an incredible location with stunning views of the Chateau! The personnel were incredibly welcoming and very friendly. In particular, Mathis went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. He even took our bags and gave us a private tour! We had an amazing time in this absolutely gorgeous hotel. 「We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The transportation was very convenient, including trams and trains. Don't take the breakfast in this hotel, too expensive (9 Euros), there are lots of choices just outside the hotel (1.9 Euro for Cafe Croissant!). The rooms were clean, but very, very small! The elevator was also quite small, only 3 persons could fit into it. The counter was very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet was fine and strong. 「We stayed 2 nights. The first night was on a 1st floor room by a busy street. However, the manager was very responsive to our request to change rooms. Our second night was delightful. Be away no air conditioning, but this time of year (early June) was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. 」
