「Very simple and easy. Impressively built beds that did not creek and had the perfect temperature. For anyone just needing a bed for a night or two this is a great place to stay」

「At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens...
