Not elevator service, room was 4th floor and any offer of help or compensation was provided to us. We found signs of poor cleaning service to room, bed clothes were broken and we found hairs on the sheet, some areas of the floor were sticky.

The room was not comfy at all, the wood floor brought in a cold, crisp ambience accompanied with a faulty lighting in the restroom. Also Along with no curtains on the window. There was no soap, no shampoo, one set of towels, and no electricity on the left side of the room. Best Part, Wasn’t even In the room longer than five minutes when an exterminator comes to knock at my door to spray our room. Although I was happy that the hotel was handling their infestation issue, It would have been considerate to spray for pest before we entered the room. The phone provided in the room wouldn’t even work to call the front office. I just Had a bad experience within the first hour of arriving. 10/10 wouldn’t Recommend

Was very clean but customer service was really bad. The young girl that checked us in was great but the girl Alisha that stayed on the property was very rude and did not want to help. We got one set of towels for a two night stay. When I called for more I was told to bring the dirty ones down in the morning. So I did but it was before 9 and she would not come get me anymore clean towels. She might only bath once a week but we bath daily. Will never stay there again because of this.

It was the absolutely most clean hotel I’ve ever been into. It made me feel like I was at home sheets were clean bag was clean pillows were clean. All the towels were clean and fresh and smelled nice in the kitchen was to die for.

The room itself is pretty nice/ decent. Just some cobwebs at top corner wall. Kitchenette is nice with the cooktop. Bed & bathroom is clean. Only complaint is the smell. The elevator smell so bad, everytime in the elev. Feel very nauseous. Can't figure out what kind of bad smell it's. Skunk smell is so much better, IMO.

HORRIBLE!!! They cancelled my reservation! How is that possible? I was hours into my drive there and I got a call at 7:30pm. The hotel (Ashley) said another guest paid for a room but his card expired. When he showed up, he was mad so she gave him my room. She said she would call their other hotel locations for a room and call me back. After an hour and no call, I called her and she said they were booked. So I started calling other hotels and everything in my price range was booked as well; probably because of the same reason I was there (high school golf tournament). Long story short...I SLEPT IN MY CAR! As I women who was traveling alone, this was a nightmare! Oh, and it got down to 30 degrees that night.

This property was not worth what I paid per night. The first couple nights I was there, I was bit by something. I reported it to the front desk. They said they would report it to management. Nothing was done about it! I was afraid to sleep in the bed for fear of getting bit again. Luckly, I brought my own sheets, so I slept on the couch with my own sheets. The elevator was always dirty. Suggestion: wipe down the elevator push buttons at least 4 x a day, as you have guests come through. Let guests know your policy on towels and bedding. Provide dishes in each room for long stays. I would of stayed longer but it just felt so dirty and did not want to deal with spider bites or bed bugs.

The front desk ladies were all so sweet, I ended up paying to stay another night because I was so comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the electric stovetop was very useful!

Other than the ladies at the front desk chatting back and forth, everything else was fine. They really took 30 minutes to check me into a empty hotel. They just kept getting distracted with talking amongst each other while I’m sitting there waiting for my card.. was very disrespectful.

DON'T STAY HERE - the reviews are accurate
I would NOT recommend staying here. First, the entire interior of the property is not clean and smells like vomit. In particular, the elevator was gag inducing. The rooms are not clean and the beds (like another reviewer stated) are more like cots. There are no basic amenities (no ice maker, no hair dryer in room). And although there is a full kitchen, there is not one....NOT ONE....kind of utensil, dish, plastic glass, towel, paper towel....literally NOTHING. Bring your own or buy it, but they don't provide it as part of the room - you can't even rent it from them. The staff was kind and nice. Don't stay here.

Never Again!
I would like a refund for this! We got there and the front desk attendant was not there at 3:00, called from service phone no answer multiple attempts, we can’t get into the building 100degrees outside. We track down a person outside who lets us in and helps to find the front desk clerk, there was 1 towell for 2 people, dog poop was left out front for the entire duration of our stay, trash around the facility and the final, most insulting part. We showed 12pm as the checkout time from hotels.com. Came back 5 minutes to 11 and the card had already stopped working…the front desk guy says it’s 11am but if we need more time that’s ok. We go to grab the rest of our stuff and take a shower and THE MAID CAME INTO OUR ROOM 10 minutes into the shower. We had to tell her the situation and she left!!!

Extremely misleading and false advertising
The overall environment and atmosphere was very unsettling and uncomfortable. People passed out and doing stuff in the parking lot. Roaches up and down the hallways. Holes in the walls and doors. Human hair in the bedsheets and on the pillows. Foul stenches filled the air of the room and hallways that were nauseating. Stayed for a total of 5 minutes. Will be demanding a refund.

The property is not located in a very nice area - more of an industrial and low rent environment. There was a very unappealing odor present throughout the complex that was noticeable as soon as I entered the property. I went to the room and there was another unpleasant odor on that floor. I immediately went back to the front desk and cancelled my stay.

Not a bad place to stay. Clean and everything, but there are downsides with the laundry facility. There's no change machine, the front desk doesn't carry enough quarters to make change, each machine is $2.50 per cycle, washer or dryer and the dryers run for an hour with no exception. Not far from gas stations, grocery stores. The staff is friendly enough to help you feel welcome.

1. Room smelled like syrup upon entry. 2. Sticky floor to match the smell. 3. Bed is basically a cot with a mattress. 4. Extended stay tenants loiter in parking lot/at the front desk/exits all day & night. 5. Knocks at my door from 7am & every hour after that. 7 AM: No one there 8 AM: Male speaking broken English saying “P P” or “Pee Pee” then says he’s house keeping & walks off. 9AM: Same male says he’s house keeping & walks off. 10AM: Female voice not visible thru peephole claiming she’s house keeping. 11AM: Female voice claiming she’s house keeping & Male voice threatening to charge late checkout fee. I reply I’m fine with the fee. Both not visible thru peep hole. Upon review I was in-fact wrong for believing checkout was at noon. The app says noon checkout but hotel documents say 11. Regardless, upon checkout at 12 when I asked the receptionist if I’d be charged the late fee she said no. When I asked what time does house keeping usually make their rounds she replied “every two weeks” but for checkout 9am. Clearly a problem with safety & communication amongst staff at this location. Won’t be doing business WoodSpring Suites as a whole again.

I did admittedly check in later than intended, but when I arrived the front desk was closed and said to use the lobby phone to call, but there was no lobby phone. By chance someone on duty walked by the door.

There is a lobby phone it is on the wall right as soon as you walk through the front door and yes as spoken on phone we do close at 10pm but there is still someone here to check you in

Non-working Elevator
The people were wonderful; however, the broken elevators were unnacceptable. When I reserved the room for 7 nights, I said I required a first-floor room or elevators because I travel with heavy dialysis equipment. When we arrived, we were able to get everything up to our third-floor room without problem. On the second day, the elevator broke so from then on I had to climb up and down three flights of stairs to come and go. Not an easy task as I walk with a cane. I didn't realize I should have asked for a "working" elevator. If you book a room at this hotel, be aware that a non-working elevator is apparently common here. We will not return to this hotel in spite of our need to be in Georgetown/Round Rock frequently. They were not willing to adjust the room rate due to this dangerous "inconvenience."
