Sensed some passive agression from the gentleman who checked me in. I presented my ID upon request and the gentleman did not notice, and then asked me curtly for my ID as if I did not hear him and offered no apology when he realized that he was in error. Also made me guess which card I had on file with the hotel? No big deal over all, but checking into a hotel should not have to be turned into an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Very needlessly awkward check in.

The staff was really friendly and made checking in and checking out quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The Domain is a large residential area with an outdoor shopping mall and lots of restaurants which puts plenty of options within walking distance.

The pool and hot tub were not working and have not been since December. I decided to go there because of the Hot Tub and paid more than another property just to find out it is not working. Very disappointed

A couple bad things were the thermostat did not work all night and it got too warm in the room. The sink did not drain properly and the shower wand did not work at all. I wish they offered two types of pillows. The ones they had were about two feet thick. Killer on my neck so did not use a pillow at all.

I did not end up going and instead have been in the hospital all day. My wife called and the lovely people there not only extended concern the gave us a refund. After my last stay down there and especially after this interaction I won’t stay anywhere else Last year my son and I stayed there and loved everything about the place. The saltwater pool was amazing.

I stayed here for my birthday and chose it bc it had a spa and also boasted a golf cart to take you around the shops. When I checked in they told me the spa was broken and also there was no water for the entire hotel meaning I couldn’t wash my hands or even go to the bathroom! It was raining so we called down to the desk to get a golf cart ride, nope he’s o my there in weekends! I ordered a salad and it had a bug in it! They comped the salad but honestly that was the least they could do! I would have chosen a different place to stay if I had known all this beforehand.

This property is very clean, well maintained with friendly staff and excellent service. It has an excellent beautiful location, surrounded by a variety of entertainment, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We stayed at this location during Christmas as we met with family members and were so impressed that we would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel but every F150 was broken into in their parking lot. Of course they have no cameras or security. The staff new exactly what it was when i asked them about cameras...

Love the concept of The Domain. Tons of restaurant options, all within walking distance. The property itself is new and the staff is very friendly & efficient. Love this place. Would definitely recommend it.
