「I love hampton suites. Very roomy and well laid out. What I didn't like was the noise from the bathroom. Sounded like a water leak with a constant drip sound. I reported it and was told it was a fan making the noise. 2nd night we turned on the bathroom fan and shut the door. This worked pretty well. All in all nice stay minus the drip sound the first night. Very friendly pleasant hotel staff.」

「First and foremost, the staff, from the GM to every other staff member we met, was so very pleasant, helpful and efficient. We were continually and sincerely asked by all we met, “Is there anything we can do to help or make your stay better?” We will be back.」

「We rebook here because the beds are comfy and plenty of pillows. Breakfast is good. All usual fair but really good . Breakfast lady is super nice and keeps the food hot and ready . We booked the suite this time and it was nice and lots of room. Very safe area . I would suggest some attention to the pool area. We enjoyed it but it needs attention. Madison itself is amazing!! 「This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate.
