when we got there we were checked into a room that was dirty. had to go and get a new room and the new room didn’t have working AC. the elevator was not working and the building was dirty. no toilet paper or shampoo and conditioner. horrible experience.

This may be the worst place I ever booked. I did not stay. I would never stay in a place like this. I suspect it is just a place for drug addicts.

I had to pull over on the side to road to write this review from the time I ended the property. There was no assist the guy that was there was so rude. The keys did not work. We tried them three times. The elevator did not work. the room was on the third floor. It looked like a place at the Third World country. I have visited these hotels plenty of times and never have ever seen one in this bad condition. It does not represent the brand as I know.

Staff was great. Aaron was friendly and very helpful. However the facility was very outdated and old. No soap in the room and the walls were a little thin and you could hear the neighbors.

0-stars 1st, while waiting to check in, 2 other separate customers came down and asked for refunds because doors didn't lock and roaches. 2nd, elevator broken (found out it's been broken for at least 6 months). 3rd, hallways littered with trash and live roaches crawling around and visible drug paraphernalia. 4th, room was very dirty and had slime stuff on all handles. Sheets stained, carpet stained, dead and live roaches. 5th, no amenities as shown in photos. No soaps, shampoos, nothing. The one towel in the room was wet and the one hand towel looked used. I IMMEDIATELY TURNED AROUND AND LEFT!! The staff was different when I went back out to say I wasn't staying and wanted to check out. No eye contact, wouldn't provide any type of receipt or paperwork showing i wasn't staying. Finally emailed me a receipt showing I had to pay for both nights! This is a very unsafe and very dirty hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The staff is rude and inconsiderate front desk lady had an enormous attitude and to be honest with you I don't want a refund on the room but I would like my one key cash back because that place is the worst experience I've ever had going to the hotel and I will never go to there again
