Zac worked the shift at check in and was the best / friendliest of all hotels in this price range. The day female not so much. I was there 10 days and my room was not taken care of … I think 4 times & I had to ask for 3 of them. Breakfast was one of the best. They could upgrade the coffee with a machine that IHG Holiday Inn Express uses.

This place was the worst Econolodge that I have ever stayed at. Sheets stained, had holes, and dirty. Manager just pulled off the comforter. Air conditioner never worked well and room was hot. Manager ignored me. Toilet didn’t flush- fixed in second day. Continental breakfast was a joke- sausage was nasty. Nothing else but waffle maker. This hotel allows people to live there. They sit outside the rooms, drinking. Do NOT STAY here.

Terrible customer service by the receptionist asked a couple of questions. They gave me attitude, and I saw them give attitude to another customer that only wanted some questions answered. the AC was not working the whole night I was sweating. Tried showering with cold water only hot water available.

I chose the hotel because I wanted an affordable place to stay for a couple of nights in the middle of the week. When I arrived, I was told my room was on the second floor, which would have been fine if there had been an elevator. There wasn't. So they tucked me into a first-floor room around the corner from the parking lot and practically under the stairs. It was okay, except that 1) I discovered a small bug in my bed; 2) there was no shower mat and while washing up I worried about slipping and getting injured; 3) the "free breakfast" was only available until 9 a.m. and I'm a late sleeper. My first morning there, I had to walk to a nearby 7-11 to buy something. My second morning, I arrived in time, but all I found were a few sausages, some slices of bread that needed to be toasted, waffles that you needed to cook yourself, and too little jam for the toast. No milk or juice, either.

It was absolutely false advertising the nastiest place that I have been in a very long time. The guy was rude and I did not sleep all night because I was scared to get in the bed.
