"I will not be staying here again. It seems like Hyatts are going downhill. The location was terrible, it did not feel safe in the evenings/night (most likely fine for a guy/group of guys). But what was really frustrating was the lack of housekeeping services. If I’m paying $1,000 for a hotel stay I expect the trash to be taken out and to get fresh towels at the very least. This is one of those hotels that doesn’t have daily housecleaning, which is annoying in and of itself, but they said it was provided every other day. On day two, no one came. This hotel has a kitchen that we used, the trash was stinking up the whole room and we had no clean towels. When I called for towels, they told me I had to go down to the front desk to get them myself… and this was the second time I had called to request them because the first time no one came.
The room was dusty and did not feel super clean.
Also, the hotel is so noisy. We could hear anytime someone around us flushed the toilet.
Overall it was not a good stay and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. "
