「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Comfortable, quiet, and clean. Very comfy bed and nice luxury bathrooms in each room - soaking tub is great after a long flight or working long hours. Hotel restaurant/bar is good and provides a good range of dishes to try. Pool is small but clean, gym is sufficient. Would stay again when in Denver on business. 」
