I was told we could not have a late checkout, but I asked if I could book another night and stay in the same room. She said yes, there would be nobody in our room. So then I was out approximately $180 for an additional 1.5 hours」

「The pace is dirty! Dirt and stains on the walls and doors. Pool area was nice and large but noisy, open late but no adult only hours. On the night we stayed there was between 35-50 kids completely over running the place at any given time. 」
