「nice location and staff friendly」

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「4 bedroom house, a study, a big lounge with a patio. Plenty of space for a family. The house was spotless and has everything you need. Host was easy to deal with and was available for any questions I had. My friends and I had a great night. Thank you.」

「The room was clean Staff was friendly Parking was very good The big downfall was we booked a studio room. It was on the ground floor( which I wasn’t aware Blinds. when you opened the curtains You look straight into student accommodation straight into their bedrooms my piece of advice when booking don’t book the ground floor studio. I was happy to pay extra for a room higher with a view, but nothing available would’ve been nice to have the curtains open to let some natural light in the room.」
