Just as mentioned by multiple previous reviewers, room was clean, very quiet for sleeping, and comfortable bed. The facility was dated but was a good value for us. Will use again in the future. Note: I don't believe the photo shown for this property is accurate. The check in office and breakfast area does not look like this.

I understand the need for places like this. My wife and I booked a room as it was the only place in Waterville under like $300. I was still disappointed with it. I am by no means hard to please but we decided to drive the hour and a half home after a concert versus staying here. Some paint and general care would go a long way at a place like this. We stayed in our room for about 5 minutes. It was dirty, footsteps above us were extremely loud, and it was just very depressing.
