We left our luggage with him because we needed to drop it off early and he accepted it all and transferred it to our room without any issues. He was so helpful when we need a cork screw and showed us how to use the laundry facilities. He made our stay effortless. Thank you Michael "

"There 2 Marriott hotels accessable from the garage. No one mention that at the desk and it was very unclear as to which facility our room was in. The breakfast options need to be better."
