Room was nice there was no conditioner which really in a 5 star hotel should be always checked. Also my benefits was not given or welcomed which again shouldn’t be happening in a 5 star hotel.

Central location with free customer parking. Rooms are good with all amenities. Providing bathrobes and slippers is a surprise and excellent addition. Size and comfort of pillows could improve. Lack of towel rails in the bathroom is an issue in temrs of having dry towels. But it was changed daily. ...
